The name Kamiq, like Kodiaq and Karoq, is derived from the Inuit language of northern Canada and Greenland, and means something that fits perfectly in any situation.
Cozy interior
The cabin will accommodate four adult passengers and a luggage compartment capacity of 400 liters. The trunk is easy to arrange and very roomy. At the same time, the dashboard resembles that of the Scala model, and this is a great advantage, as the new interior design line turns out to be very clear and ergonomic. Everything is in place and the shapes are modern and pleasing to the eye. High-quality finishing materials also attract attention. The front seats are large and very comfortable. Both drivers over 190 cm tall and shorter people will find a comfortable position.
Modern under the hood
Under the hood of the car there is a gasoline, turbocharged engine with a capacity of one liter and 110 HP, in two power variants – 95 and 115 HP, and the 150 HP 1.5-liter engine known from many models of the Volkswagen group. It works in tandem with the DSG 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and handles the acceleration of the city SUV quite efficiently.
